Explore Clarity Measure
What can I measure with Clarity Measure?

Clarity Measure currently focuses on turf: front, back, and side lawn areas. You can review the visible boundaries and exclusions alongside the property imagery. Additional measurement options may vary as the product develops.

Are the measurements exact?

They are estimates based on available imagery and the areas that can be identified. Shade, tree cover, image quality, and uncertain boundaries can affect a result. Review each measurement before using it for your work. Clarity Measure does not replace a land survey or an on-site assessment.

Does Clarity Measure create a customer quote?

Clarity Measure gives you property measurements to inform your own estimating process. You set your service scope, labor assumptions, and pricing. Automatic customer quotes are not part of the current product.

Can I use it with my own software or AI tools?

The developer portal covers API and MCP access to the measurement service, including the capabilities available to your account. View the developer tools to learn how to connect.

Where can I find pricing?

Available measurement plans and credits will be shown in the pricing section and in your account. If plans are not yet published, you can register your interest for launch updates above.

Can I return to a property later?

Your account keeps saved measurements together so you can return to the property and review the result. An old result reflects the imagery and information used at the time; check that it still fits the current property.
